Atzian provides creative design, branding, web development, packaging design, social media management, UI/UX design, and AI-powered software solutions. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.

3. Project Agreements

All projects commence upon mutual agreement of scope, timeline, and pricing as outlined in a written proposal or contract. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost. We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or capabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Atzian retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. All preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of Atzian unless explicitly transferred.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, we require an advance payment before project commencement with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback necessary for project completion. Delays in client responses may result in extended project timelines. Clients must ensure they have the rights to all content and materials provided to Atzian for use in their project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atzian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Website Usage

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, reproduce or distribute any content from atzian.com without written permission, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Atzian reserves the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
